If I become employed by Menora, I understand that I will be bound by Menora's Code of Business Conduct and all of its policies and procedures. If I become employed by Menora, I pledge to preserve in confidence Menora's confidential and proprietary information concerning the business of Menora which I obtain through my employment with Menora and will not disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Menora.
